At Vissla, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn and unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene liners are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the gear passes inspection.
