What is Vissla's Return Policy for wetsuits?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn wetsuits and apparel. Items must have original tags attached and wetsuits must be returned in their original box to prevent creasing of the limestone-based neoprene.
How do I care for my wetsuit to ensure longevity?
Rinse your wetsuit inside and out with fresh water after every session. Hang it to dry in the shade on a wide-shoulder hanger, avoiding direct sunlight which can degrade the neoprene and reduce flexibility.
What makes Vissla products sustainable?
We prioritize the use of eco-friendly materials such as Upcycled Coconut Husks (Cocotex), Recycled Polyester (Repreve), and Limestone-based neoprene to minimize our environmental footprint on the oceans we love.
How long does shipping take for surfboard orders?
Standard shipping for apparel and accessories typically takes 3-5 business days. For surfboards, please allow 7-14 days for specialized freight handling to ensure your board arrives in perfect condition.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on wetsuit seams and a 6-month warranty on materials from the original date of purchase. Our apparel carries a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
